Before enrolling in any Homeownership Mentorship services with Lex HTX Realtor, you will be required to sign a client agreement that includes the following:

Mentorship Service Agreement

Authorization for Housing & Financial Guidance

Homeownership Disclosure Statement

Right to Cancel Notice

Scope of Services

Lex HTX Realtor offers mentorship and guidance for individuals pursuing homeownership. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Evaluating your current financial readiness and homeownership goals

Guiding you through credit improvement strategies (if applicable)

Educating you on mortgage pre-approval, budgeting, and home search readiness

Referrals to trusted professionals such as realtors, lenders, and credit consultants

One-on-one coaching calls, webinars, and progress check-ins

Resource sharing and personalized action plans

Services may be delivered via personal meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, email, or other forms of digital communication during standard business hours.

Fees and Cancellation

You agree to pay the fees outlined in your signed mentorship agreement.
You have the right to cancel your mentorship program within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty.
To cancel, you must send written notice by email or mail as provided in your agreement.
